Our head chef, and owner of Sumac - Muhannad Jalaq, brings a wealth of experience of 25 years in Restaurants and passion to our kitchen, his extensive culinary training and Mediterranean roots inspire him to create dishes that are both traditional and innovative. He loves experimenting with new flavors and techniques, and his creativity shines through in every dish he prepares.
